We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us through the website, book a conversation via Calendly, complete a diagnostic assessment, or correspond with us by email or other means.
Our website uses Google Analytics to collect non-personally identifiable information about how visitors use the site, including pages visited and time spent. This information is aggregated and anonymous. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to respond to your enquiries, deliver coaching and advisory services, administer diagnostic assessments and debrief results, send correspondence relevant to your engagement, and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.
Storage and security
Your personal information is stored securely using Google Workspace, which is encrypted at rest and in transit. Client records are maintained in a restricted-access folder structure accessible only to Denis Taylor as the principal practitioner. We retain client records for a minimum of seven years in accordance with Australian legal requirements.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Confidentiality
All information shared within a coaching engagement is held in strict confidence. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person.
Third party services
We use the following third party services which may process your personal information:
Google Workspace email and document storage
Calendly appointment scheduling
Zoom video conferencing for online sessions
Wise and Commonwealth Bank payment processing for international and domestic transactions
