Cultivated Retreats

Four days that go further than four months of weekly sessions.

The Opening

There are things that only become available when you step entirely outside ordinary life. When the diary is clear, the role is set aside, and the only task is to be genuinely present to the questions that matter most.

Cultivated Retreats create those conditions. Four days in a carefully chosen location with a small group of senior professionals navigating their own significant work designed to open territory that is genuinely difficult to reach in the ordinary rhythm of a demanding life.

What to Expect

The four days.

Each retreat moves through four phases that mirror The Cultivated Path arriving and seeing the whole picture honestly, going deeper into what is operating beneath the surface, encountering the courage required to change, and beginning to embody what the retreat has opened.

The days combine structured group facilitation, individual reflective work, physical experiences designed to access what conversation alone cannot reach, and daily one-to-one sessions with Denis. Generous free time is built into every day integration requires space, not more content.

Mornings begin with movement. Evenings are unhurried. Meals are loosely facilitated. The retreats are designed to feel like an unusually alive version of life rather than a programme to be completed.

The Group

Small, selective, and genuinely held.

Every retreat hosts a small group of senior professionals typically six to ten people who are navigating significant territory in their own lives and work. The group is carefully composed. The shared experience creates a quality of connection and mutual witness that is genuinely rare.

Participants leave not only with what the four days gave them individually but with a community of people who saw something real in each other and who remain a resource long after the retreat has ended.

Locations

Domestic and international.

Domestic retreats are hosted at premium private properties in Byron Bay and the Gold Coast Hinterland.

International retreats are hosted in Ubud, Bali and, from 2028, European summer destinations.

Each location is chosen for its capacity to create genuine separation from ordinary life beautiful, private, and designed to hold the quality of attention the retreat requires.

Expression of Interest

The first step.

Retreats are offered to a limited number of participants each year. If you're curious about whether a retreat might be the right next step, the conversation begins with an expression of interest rather than a booking. Denis will be in touch to explore whether the retreat is the right fit.
